If the rental is free during your stay, we can show you around.
If you are sure of your dates for the following year, we can make a reservation at your convenience.

Regarding your arrival in Vernet les Bains, and in order to reserve you a personalized welcome, we would be grateful if you would respect:


MINIMUM 30 MINUTES BEFORE, COMMUNICATE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME, on our mobile number.
Arrival time: from 3:00 p.m., and until 7:00 p.m.


As we are not on site, we would not want to make you wait and wish to be ready to welcome you as it should be!

Departure time: before 12:00 p.m.,


If you cannot respect these time slots, please inform us, so that we can see together how to organize ourselves…

PROCEDURE

 

  •  Signature of the rental lease.

  • The tenant retains the rental by paying a deposit of 30% of the rental amount. The reservation becomes effective when the tenant returns a copy of the rental contract (by email or post) accompanied by payment of the amount of the deposit, within a maximum period of 7 working days.

  • The balance of the rental is paid 15 working days maximum before arrival

  • The amount of the security deposit fixed at €500 will be requested on arrival, but will not be cashed.

  • The Household Deposit, i.e. the sum of €100. This sum is not debited or blocked on the account or your bank card. It is a bank card imprint that does not impact the payment limit. It is not cashed, except in the event of non-compliance with the cleanliness conditions. A secure, simple, fast service by our partner Swikly and Crédit Agricole.

  • The tourist tax will be requested upon arrival. It is €0.72 per night and per adult (minors exempt).

  • The inventory will be carried out in the presence of both parties and will be signed on the day of entry into the premises and the day of departure.

  • We will be pleased to offer you a Welcome Gift Kit.

  • We will issue you an invoice for any payment made.
